HeritageXplore Club Charm – Terms & Conditions 1. Charm Inclusion Each HeritageXplore Club membership includes one complimentary HeritageXplore Club charm per membership, supplied as part of the welcome pack. Charms are issued while stocks last and are subject to availability. 2. Postage & Delivery UK delivery: Postage is free for all UK-based members. International delivery: Members must be in EU, US, CA, UK, AU. Members outside the UK will be charged a flat £4 postage fee at checkout to cover international shipping costs. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal services, and HeritageXplore cannot guarantee delivery dates. 3. Customs & Duties (International Orders) For deliveries outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. HeritageXplore is not liable for delays or fees incurred through customs processing. 4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable Charms have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed separately from the HeritageXplore Club membership. Memberships (and included charms) are non-transferable. 5. Lost or Damaged Items If a charm arrives damaged, please notify HeritageXplore within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Lost charms may be replaced at HeritageXplore’s discretion but are not guaranteed, particularly once delivery has been confirmed. 6. Design & Variation Charms may vary slightly in finish, colour, or detailing due to the nature of production. Minor variations are considered part of the design and not defects. 7. Stock Availability & Substitution If charms are unavailable at the time of sign-up, HeritageXplore reserves the right to: Dispatch the charm at a later date, or Substitute with an alternative HX-branded charm of equal or greater value. 8. Membership Cancellation If a membership is cancelled after the charm has been dispatched, HeritageXplore reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the charm and postage costs from any refund where applicable. 9. Amendments HeritageXplore reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The version applicable at the time of membership purchase will apply.
