Trewithen Estate is a masterly ensembe: discreet, quiet and a place of distinction. Its botanically impressive woodland gardens are filled with shrubs raised at Trewithen itself, alongside Champion Trees and rare plant species gathered from across the globe. The chef d'oeuvre of the house is the Grand Saloon, designed by Robert Taylor - filling five bays of the south side, it is an outstanding example of Rococo architecture.
