On Saturday, 25th January, starting at 6:30 pm, the Castle Kitchen will host a traditional three-course Burns supper, featuring cock-a-leekie soup, haggis, neeps and tatties, and clootie dumpling, followed by Glamis shortbread and tea or coffee. The evening begins with the ceremonial piping in of the haggis, followed by a dram for all guests to toast to it - as is tradition. The evening's entertainment will include guest speakers, poetry recitals, and music from accordion and fiddle players. To close, guests will have the chance to join in the beloved tradition of singing Auld Lang Syne. A truly unforgettable celebration in one of Scotland’s most historic castles.

Carlton Towers, North Yorkshire
Celebrate Burns Night in style at Carlton Towers, North Yorkshire, on Friday, 24th January. Upon arrival to the staterooms, guests will be greeted by the sound of bagpipes and a roaring fire. The evening includes a fabulous four-course dinner, complete with a dram of whisky or a glass of fizz while the haggis is piped in. After dinner, a DJ will keep the celebration going until midnight, ensuring Rabbie Burns is well and truly celebrated.
